Cafe is on the outskirts, above is a playground. Indoor and outdoor seating available. During our visit, unfortunately, a long wait until the waitress came to us, as the take-away customers also had to be served. Service a bit stressed, could have been friendlier. The cake was ok, but it didn't knock me off my feet.

Very large selection of delicious cakes. Lots of goodies to give away as well. The service is very friendly and the prices are reasonable for the quality.

A great pastry shop with a café! Since there was a lot of activity during our visit, it was our opinion. one service too little for the many guests. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Traditional pastry shop with cakes that I last saw in my childhood: Prinzregenten, butter cream and more. Outside in summer, unfortunately monoblock chairs. Rich selection of pralines and culinary souvenirs.

Very good selection of cakes with excellent quality. Cheap lunch table. Home-made jams to take away. Location not in the center, but easy to reach from the baths. Furnishing not Bavarian. Sun terrace. Drink prices for Bad Birnbach clearly too high (tea, cocoa, coffee mugs, all € 3.90). Afternoon coffee for three quickly costs € 20.

I'm a fan of Cafe Achter. The selection of cakes is huge, the pieces are extra large, the waiters and the owners are always friendly. You sit comfortably overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden with a bird paradise which are always supplied with food. I highly recommend it. A big thank you to Cafe Achter - Elisabeth ?
